      Tom exceeded all my expectations. His best quality is availability. I was calling tom daily asking for mortgage estimates on homes I was visiting. He was never bothered and ALWAYS answered my calls. Second, his rates were unbeatable. You know you have a great rate when it suprises your realtor! I've used Tom for my home purchase in 2016 and again in 2020 when I sold my previous home and bought a new one on the same day. Very complicated stuff and Tom knocked the transition out the park. Very professional, great rates, and a overall great guy is why you can't beat Tom for your home financing needs!

      You can't ask for a more knowledgeable or more committed mortgage professional than Tom. I had been introduced to Tom some time ago and for a variety of reasons we never executed on the refinancing. But we kept in touch. When the time was right, Tom presented us with a number of options and helped my wife and I decide upon the right product. Even though we are thousands of miles away, the entire process went extremely well and Tom was there the entire way. Just incredible commitment to customer satisfaction which is so rare today. I couldn't recommend him more highly. Truly a breath of fresh air in an industry that needs more people like Tom. You will not go wrong.
