  If you need to buy a home, you seriously need to use Tim Johnson as your loan officer. His attention to detail and work ethic is truly something special. He got us pre-approved to go shopping in the same day that we reached out to him. And from offer accepted to closing day it only took 18 business days to close on our home!! Seriously? WOW! This guy is no joke. I didn't think closing early was even possible! He makes it easy, and was there to answer all of our questions along the way. Why is 6 stars not a thing.....

  Tim was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole mortgage process from start to finish. I didn’t even feel any anxiety or trepidation with purchasing my home because him and his team were right there to answer any calls and concerns any time. Displays all of the options that may be suitable to purchase your home. Would definitely work with him again!!!

  Tim is the BEST Mortgage lender in CT! Being first home buyers, my husband and I knew nothing about the process besides everyone saying it was stressful! Tim was easy to work with, was super patient, VERY informative and detailed along the way. Yes a bit stressful, but working with Tim made things easier. Before working with Tim at Warshaw Capital, I was working with Well Fargo directly so Tim was my second and last option. I found the rates/numbers to be better than WF. In fact, rates were lower than expected. Tim worked really hard to make us happy and we appreciate that. The best part of my experience is the way Tim kept us informed during the process and if I didn't understand something, he would explain in details. So happy we got to work with Tim and his crew. Everything worked out just how we wanted. Thanks again Tim. You made our dreams come true.
