  The patience and time she takes to make sure everything’s right and that you have everything needed, the certainty and assurance you’ll want when taking this huge step in life in becoming a homeowner, especially a first time homeowner; she gives all of that. She has the knowledge and support behind her, I’d definitely refer her to anyone who wants to accomplish this goal, it’s a team effort and she absolutely does her part!   My Tina Johnson and Gateway Mortage experience has been amazing, eventful and life changing. When I first reached out to Gateway I was so nervous and had no idea of what to expect. Tina was the first person I came in contact with at Gateway and immediately I felt that I was in good hands. Tina has a very beautiful upbeat and warm personality so you can't help but to feel comfortable with her. Gateway offers very informative seminars to educate the community on the home buying process. By attending the seminars you come in contact with Gateway staff that are involved in just about every area of Banking. I have attended several of the seminars and met several members of the Gateway staff and have been very impressed with the knowledge each has and how approachable and naturally friendly they were. I certainly recommend checking Tina Johnson and Gateway Mortgage out if you're thinking about buying a home.

  Tina Johnson is superb! I have always wanted to own a property and for awhile thought I never would. I had actually been told no by others. She advised me on how to get my credit scores to where they needed to be and explained to me all that I needed to do to get approved. There were days that I was discouraged, but she encouraged me to stick with it! I did! I can now follow my dream of transforming the space not only into my residence, but also an artist residency and social space for my art community!!! I have nothing but gratitude for Gateway Mortgage!!!
