  Everything went like clockwork, they stayed on top of things and I did also. I ended up closing to weeks ahead of time. They did GREAT work to get me in my home quickly. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks to all that helped.

  I can not say enough positive about our experience working with Todd and his assistant Ally! I would highly recommend them! They both were professional, knowledgeable and always available, even when Todd was out of town he took our calls to make sure our deal got done. Ally is an expert at helping you through all the steps and her friendly happy demeanor always helped keep you calm in this stressful home buying market! Even at our closing, the closing agent made the comment that our Lender was very responsive and easy to work with! I never felt like "just another customer", they truly care about making your dream of buying a home a reality.

  This lending company is NO joke. They get down to business and get your loan done. I closed on my house in less than 30 days and turn around and buy a house in 6 days. This is an amazing team (Ally and Todd). They have integrity and are honest. Todd is straight to the point and Ally is gentle and going to be your biggest advocate. When all was said and done; I walked away with less debt and a new home. Bravo Ally and Todd. I will be back when it’s time to sell and buy again. - Shelly
