  Tom Kressler was referred to us by a family member who has known Tom for several years. Tom began assisting my wife, myself, and my parents through the property transfer process and initial refinance loan application process. Tom explored multiple avenues of getting my wife and I a solid refinance loan package put together. Our situation was unique and Tom was more than thorough in trying different options, appealing decisions in the underwriting process on our behalf, and keeping constant communication with us from start to finish! Tom was with us every step of the way and available, it seemed, almost anytime for us to ask questions, clarify aspects of our loan package, and submit documents to. Tom approached our situation and looked at our family and our financial security as priority number one, in relation to locking us in at an affordable rate, with solid loan conditions, and a monthly payment we could afford for the life of the loan. I would highly recommend Tom Kressler and the additional associates of Fairway Mortgage that made our dream of affordable home ownership a reality in an extremely tight and desirable market.   Mortgage refinancings can be important, often financially positive, experiences for the mortgagee, if done right, which doesn't always happen. For years, I delayed refinancing due to extremely discouraging past experiences with large banks, where they "lost" my paperwork and insisted I resubmit all of lt multiple times to different "departments", where my "dedicated" representative somehow disappeared and I was "reassigned", and where they were not forthcoming or honest about fees, terms, closing costs, and related items. I was EXTREMELY fortunate to be introduced to Tom Kressler and the Fairway team by a good friend. I took the plunge. From my very first conversation with Tom, I knew I was in good hands. He is experienced, communicative, and I was not "handed off" to strangers. He and his team were my guides throughout my refinancing, they made the entire process seamless, and I could not be.more pleased. My only wish is that I had contacted him earlier! I heartily and unconditionally recommend Tom Kressler and Fairway if you want a fair, honest, proactive group that is actually acting on your behalf to achieve the best results.
