      ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! We’d give him 6 stars if we could! Jake had his work out with us. We met Jake shortly after we sold our home in November 2020 and worked with him to discuss numerous property breakdowns over the last year and a half. Numbers were huge for us! We ended up coming in $50 UNDER budget on our mortgage! Jake kept us up to date from start to finish, he even called the sellers personally to put in a good word for us! We were also able to sit down and discuss our loan breakdown in person instead of via zoom. You would be lucky to have him on your side!
