  There were a lot of hurdles to overcome to complete the refinance on one home and purchase another. Despite that, Todd stuck with me and we worked together to make it happen (mostly, Todd made it happen!).

  If you are pursuing refinancing or a mortgage for a home purchase you have to talk with Todd. My financial advisor originally recommended him when I decided to refinance my home as interest rates began to drop. That was such a positive experience, as rates continued to drop I engaged Todd to refinance my home several more times. I used Todd each time because he got me the best rate of anyone I considered. Additionally, he was always available when I needed to talk to him, and he was there to remind me if there was some task I needed to complete or bit of information I needed to provide. Most recently, he served as the mortgage broker for my daughter, a first time homebuyer. He was instrumental in positioning her as a premium candidate. That gave her a significant advantage in this tight housing market. He supported her as and her real estate agent through the entire process. He even impressed the seller’s real estate agent who contacted him on Saturday night to gain a perspective on how qualified my daughter was for a mortgage. The seller’s agent was meeting with her client the next day to choose among four bids for his house. Todd responded that night. And that note sealed the deal. My daughter was selected and is now a homeowner. The kind of attention to client service that Todd provides is really had to find.

  We worked with Todd on two refinance opportunities which have lowered our monthly payments significantly. The process was seamless, during our second refinance we didn't even leave our home and paperwork was reduced to a few signatures. It was both easy to do and understand. HIs monthly updates on the state of the housing market and lending rates are a demonstration of his excellent client support which we appreciate. We've recommended Todd to several of our friends and would gladly work with him again.
