So i was a referral from another one of his previous client's my brother. I live in CA, and had a great loan set up with my previous lender (Rocket) who wouldn't extend my lock... was at 2.25% in mid November. I am self employed, with several income sources, and my wife just finished upgrading her RN to BSN education last year, so our employment history was not representative of our potential and historical income. I was deeply angered at my previous lender for their unwillingness to extend my lock at that incredible rate, and remained skeptical about lenders for my refinance which was only 550k out of a 950+K home and was watching rates move up which i expected. Tor's team (as did we) processed an enormous amount of paperwork, planned for various scenarios, worked with my CPA, and eventually closed the loan after extending my lock and rapidly filing my 2021 taxes on the first day we could. While I lost the Rocket Refinance Rate, I feel the interest rate Tor and his TEAM obtained was legit, and fair, and most importantly cost effective given there was minimal closing costs to me. If indeed he made any money on my loan, I can guarantee that it was WELL DESERVED and they continued to strive forward to close my loan EVEN when things seemed bleak and we were all frustrated. Tor and his ENTIRE team would receive an A+ if I were to grade them. Minor miscommunications were handled professionally and fast. They went above and beyond my expectations. Anyone thinking about using Tor and his TEAM at Major Mortgage, no need to think twice. They are your get it done A-Team. Thanks again, Damon and Hilary Maggiore
