We have known Lanny for the last 6 years. We used to live by him, he was always someone I trusted. Our Realtor had really pushed us to go with the Financial company he really recommended. So we did. We had so many issues. With where the interest rates are at we were really wanting to take advantage of them, we got a quote from one company, Then I remembered about Lanny, We moved from the area about two months ago. From our very first conversation, it was a night and day difference than how we have been treated. We were looking to do what the other company had recommended. However Lanny told us the way they were recommending was still good. He said however it isn't the best deal for us. Then he really showed us why. When he did it helped it make so much more sense. Then he showed why the other way would have been really good for him, just not as good for us. It was so refreshing to have someone be so hands on, detail oriented, and then helping us make sure we really understood. He also helped us understand why. For me that is such a huge help. So many times when working with any type of professional they usually just tell you to do something because they are making sure we are taking care of. Again for me I like to be able to understand why. I would really recommend Lanny Baxter with Total Financial Health. He is the only person we will use moving forward. Taylor Kaelin
