Every time I turn around something going on with this bank they stay having misshapen at this place or your money disappeared and you call just for them to tell you there system are down or something wrong with them like this weekend the bank cards kept saying decline when I know I have money on them in every store it was declining. So I called money to see what's the problem I talk to one of the women in there forgot her name but she let me know that it was messed up and other was calling them too so I ask for the amount in my account after she let me know what time they will be finish fixing it. So I wrote a check for the amount the LADY said I had in there and now I go check this morning and it's saying I overdraft when I know I didn't so I call this morning just to get told that the worker who's looking at the computer gave me the wrong amount and that's how I overdraft. So I ask the lady so you mean to tell me your work who was looking at the computer gave me the wrong total she want to know who I talked to and it was nothing she can do but print a bank statement out for me like I need it I have all this on my phone I'm looking at it right now so she go on say she can get it to the manger but she not in right now. Think it's time I take my service else where to a place that's more stable and less problems....
