      Terrible customer service and billing practices. They manually check water meters and it often takes them longer than a month between checks. They use a tiered billing system so your bill gets more and more expensive the more you use, which I understand. However, if they don't check your meter on time you might end up with a bill for 38 days of use and get billed at the highest tier for those extra days instead of the lowest tier, as would be the case if it were on a new billing period. Ultimately you end up with 3-4 bills per year where you get overcharged due to this BS. You can call and complain but it won't do any good.
