      They charge more to use their coin counter than Coinstar. I tried to make an account just to use it for free, but it was so much of a hassle I'd rather just pay the Coinstar fee at this point. First I went there, empty bank, they told me I needed to make an appointment, but I was welcome to use the coin machine, but theres a 13% fee. Coinstar has a 12.5% fee, and 11% in some areas. So I was like, alright.. I'll make an account online, so I paid the $50 and got an email saying someone would be with me "shortly" to complete my request. 3 days later, and I still haven't heard back. I called the bank to talk to someone, and they had no record, no account number, no Social security number, nothing. I had to call my bank, and tell them to cancel the deposit. Even TD Bank is more professional than these guys, and holy s*** that is saying something. The guy I spoke to on the phone had a nice voice though, that was the only mildly pleasurable experience through all this.

      Paid to get an account and they took it and denied that I ever tried to open an account with them. Called the mobile support number, and they didn't have an account ID and couldn't find me via SS# either. And then go a letter in th mail saying I was declined. Quick way to steal 50$ They did it to my girlfriend too. I cannot believe in saying this, but TD bank is more customer friendly..
