  Don't bother. Bank was DEAD, no customers anywhere. Asked for a notary, she "could" but she won't. Customer service insight...when you have the opportunity to dazzle a potential customer that walked into your establishment (they're physically in your building when not ONE other customer was even on site) take the opportunity to make nice, make a good impression, that's how you grow a business. Wait! Maybe you have all the customers you want, you don't need anymore, put a sign out that says we don't need any new customers. All the money you spend on Marketing, to get the chance to sign a new client but when one walks in.... you blew it. 🤦‍♀️

  The team at Trinity Capital Bank in Sunnyvale is awesome! They are friendly and professional. The service there is the best. A great home town bank with all the bells and whistles of a larger institution. I definitely recommend them.
