      I have worked with Troy on two occasions and in both he has provided excellent service. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. When assisting me with a home refinance, he was very detailed and clear on the documents that he would need. Once he had completed his review he presented my options clearly so that I could make the best selection for my situation. He also recently assisted me with obtaining pre-approval, and again was extremely helpful and responsive, getting me everything I needed in a professional and timely manner. Given these experiences, I plan to continue working with Troy for my future mortgage needs.
