      This place really needs some work. I spent 2 years depositing my monthly rent check to my landlord with the account number written on the check and they would still put it in other peoples account or sometimes put it in their savings to where my landlord had to call and ask if I paid it. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional on their part. Maybe they just have nobody wanting to work so they took anyone that applied. Also very slow, so plan to spend 10 minutes there just to get a check deposited.

      Online services are not user friendly. Also, they recently shut down their app, and after that it’s impossible to access the account. Tried to contact members services for support. After many different menu selections and a long wait I was informed that the office is closed. Had to wait one extra day in order to receive help with taking care of the business. Sorry to write this but the services are very bad in comparison with your competitors. Therefore only 1 star.
