      Great customer service at this branch! After several attempts, this was the branch that came through. Curtis was very helpful. I had an issue and had called the 800 number, only to be disconnected after waiting 25 minutes. I set up a call-back appointment, and no one called. I finally called a couple local branches, and this was the one were a real live human picked up the phone! I came in after work, and sat down with someone that actually helped me! It was a trivial problem, but there isn't option in the phone menu that fit. My app didn't have the answer. One day, I hope banking finds it economical to put humans back in service, after the app let's us down.
