      Great staff very helpful they don’t mind spending the time I needed to complete my business. It was a bit warm and stuffy in the bank I asked if they could fix the temperature and said they weren’t able to fix the temperature. I’m sure they really have to be uncomfortable working in their all day but they were amazing thanks. Jason

      Truist App doesn’t compare to BB&T app. The BB&T would show proper. Account of deposits. A $900 check deposit in the past would show a credit for $900 and debit $800 until the check cleared. Now, it shows $100 and nothing about the other $900. To me, the new app does not give. A clear picture for my daily activity. Where is the detail? It’s the customer’s money. Sorry, have to leave to UCB where they know my name.
