      I cannot believe the poor level of service since this bank changed to Truist. I have been a customer since this was Reisterstown Federal and with each acquisition, the service takes a step backward. However, with Truist, we have reached a point where clearly they do not appreciate one’s business and for that reason, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your banking needs.

      Terrible customer service my husband went to drive through and teller gave his driver license to someone else she didn’t pay attention to last names or pictures on driver license and they were not busy her excuse was I’m just a human And now he is without his driver license
