      So anxious to charge fees but make so many mistakes on their end. Double standard. I make a mistake and it is a $35 fee. They make one and I get to drive down and straighten it out. Manager needs customer service training.

      Be careful you get what you're promised. When we opened my sons account, we were told his would be free because I had 3 other accounts there. When he turned 18, they started charging his meager account $7.00 a month in fees. My name was still on the account, but.... took numerous attempts to get it straight, but did they pay back any of the money they took? Heck no! Not even for the period of time it was being worked out.
