      Great staff easy to use mobile app now, but still one of the worse ATMs ever, it’s a 50/50 chance it’ll accept my cash, I have a business account here, and it won’t accept cash 50% of the time which is a huge issue. Update: 5 days ATMs don’t work properly in hermitage nor donelson, regret moving to this bank Changing my last review, ever since Truist moved in, loads better and I’m way happier now, NOW they’re worth a shot

      I need to cash a check and they close the lobby 30 mins early, refuse to serve me in the drive thru because I don't have an account here. This branch is terrible.
