      I came to this bank to make a simple transfer, I had to wait for over an hour. They only have one teller and one bank manager. Please people don't waste your time going to this bank if you're in a hurry.

      The new 2 Mass Ave bank manager is self-absorbed, has no sense of customer service and so insensitive to handicapped clients I'm dropping all my SunTrust accounts. They are now as bad as Wells at serving customer special needs!
