      I am one satisfied customer! I applied for a HELOC with them and the process was easy. These people know what they are doing and they are on top of their game, or at least they were when it came to my transaction. Complete professionals, and that's hard to find these days. Sharon Hamlin handled my HELOC and she was great and so was everyone else I dealt with at this branch. I had some questions, post transaction and their service couldn't have been better. I wish more lenders and more companies were as easy to deal with as BB&T, or at least the Fredericksburg branch on Warrenton Road. Edit 12/5/20 I have been having a hard time dealing with other branches trying to get some banking questions answered. The branches in Richmond are no longer lending. I emailed this branch let's see how that works.

      Everyone at this bank has been so kind, patient, and helpful. I’ve gone to them for questions about name change, home buying, etc and they are always ready to help. I’m thankful for patient people like this 🙏🏻
