      I’ve normally had experiences on the negative side with Suntrust. I decided to stop by this location yesterday as it was on my way. The lady I spoke with was very kind. Her name is Shelby. She even went as far as checking in today to let me know she reviewed my account again to make sure all was as it should be. I did not ask for her to call or double check, so I was extremely delighted to have a call from her and know I was being taken care of beyond expectations. Of my times at this location, I’ve always had the best experiences, but this was confirmation that their service is superior and other locations should take note. Much appreciated.

      Dont bank here, by far the worst banking experience. I had to close my account and went to another bank. The customer service is horrible amd extremly slow. Be prepare to wait regarless of what you have, even the drive thru is slow.

      They do not answer the phone and are not even knowledgeable about common questions! I've banked with Bb&t for 25 yrs! I am changing banks asap!
