      GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Today was my first time at SunTrust and I came in to cash out a check. David Pacheco was my teller and he was great! Super friendly, fast and an overall great person! I think his manager helped me out also but I’m not sure but he was also very helpful!

      Not the most customer service driven branch. Most of the time they are not ready to open at 9am to serve customers. Left the bank at 9:05 am this morning and they still were not open. UGH very frustrating.
