      The customer service I experience with Lori DiFranceso is always absolutely amazing. She recently helped me with financing for a car and the process was so incredibly smooth. So much better going through the financing process with her than sitting at a dealership and dealing with the in-house financing department. I would recommend her and BB&T to anyone that looking for a bank that knows how to treat their customers.

      They keep changing hrs. Friday went over at 5:30 pm drive thru was closed and now they gave a sign saying they are closing at 2pm.

      BBT is just a bad bank. I been with them for 3 years now and it has been nothing but issues. From having my debit card information leaked and them being the slowest bank I've ever seen when it comes to dealing with fraud. Their fraud department is closed on the weekends and after 5pm on the weekdays. Because you know fraud only happens on business hours... Then their ATMs only work about 50% of the time, they keep closing down convenient locations to save money on labor... The employees at this location are nice, thats about it when it comes to positives I can say about this bank... And the only reason it gets 2 stars.
