      People at bank very nice and helpful. Automated system stinks! Very slow. There credit card department is HORRIBLE! Going for a 4th time to bank to send POA papers to them! 3 1/2 weeks later they still say they don't have them. Twice I watched banker at branch send and still they say they do not have!!!
