      It's a bank.. Nothing out of the ordinary there. However.. The staff at the Sugarmill branch are off the charts, above and beyond, wonderful. You can't go wrong banking here.

      I have found the most incompetent staff in the Homosassa Truist branch of any bank I have ever visited or done business with. There cannot be a worse run bank anywhere else in this world. The staff is uneducated, rude, and cannot serve the needs of the customer. I have had nothing but problems caused by the idiots who work in the Homosassa branch. I made a HUGE mistake opening up accounts there, which I will be closing ASAP! Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch of stupidity!

      Didn't think there was a way for SunTrust to get worse... truist said hold my beer and watch this. The new app is garbage and the new fees are crazy
