      I called in to branch and the person answering the phone qouted WHAT DO YOU WANT, as if I got on her last nerve. That will be my last time calling there. Poor phone etiquette. She also said BBT instead of good morning, thank you for calling BBT your Montezuma branch. That just ruined my morning of happiness. GOD help.
