      Went to bank late Friday afternoon as I needed a temp ATM card. Received outstanding service from Mr. Simpson the Branch Leader, not sure about all the low reviews as I was treated very professionally. The reason for the 4-Star rating is because I called and left a voicemail message and it's going on 2 weeks later have not received a response. Businesses should always return calls of their customers or just don't bother having phone service.

      Drive thru is insanely SLOW. Takes at least 30 minutes to make a payment or deposit.

      The worst banking institution in America. The employees are incompetent, the corporation is predatory, and neither care about protecting your money. If you are with them... LEAVE!!!!!!! If you are thinking about opening an account... DON'T!!!!!!!!! Just do a quick Google search and you'll see that they steal money, they hang up on their clients, they have 1-2 hour wait times, and they will not resolve anything. I have already secured a new checking account at Robins and it has been a breath of fresh air. Do not continue to engage with this cesspool of toxic predatory banking.
