      Alex Hames went above and beyond to help us through some real stupid times. I appreciate his great attitude and positivity. Thanks Alex. As a follow up, so I am amazed when I have given up on humanity, this man went even further with his customer satisfaction and helped even more after we were long gone from the bank.       Try to get a secure loan took 3 days no one was even called me to keep me in the know got two email saying underwriters had heavy work load give them until lunch time. Poor customer service never had the common courtesy to email me or call back to say what had happen. I definitely cant encourage anyone to join that bank base on my first and last experience.
