  They are extremely slow. They made me wait for over an hour at the end telling me that they do not have the right answer for me.It was a whole one hour wasted. I still did the business with them as what I needed was not available in any other Truist branch. I had short amount of time in hand to get this work done. They seriously need to improve and consider to be respectful of clients' time.

  I’ve been doing this business banking thing for about 20 years, first as a corporate manager, then as a district manager, and now as a business owner. It’s traditionally pretty simple—every day you bring your deposit and stick it in the night drop. Once or twice a week you call in a change order, gather the money for the change order, and come get your change order. While you’re getting your change order, the teller generally hands you your deposit slips from the bags you left in the night drop. So there’s things that have happened because of the pandemic—sometimes you might have to do your banking in the drive through, or change might be short. I get that. But this branch is absolutely Bananas. The head teller has decided that they aren’t answering the phone. I have been in the branch, watching tellers stand there idle while the phone rings next to them. So we have to guess what change we can get, and we’re transporting more money than we should because we don’t know what they’ll have when we get there. It’s unsafe, and while it may have been originally instituted for staffing, it is now just how they do things. The Real Problem to me, though, is the inability to provide me with proof of deposit. Anyone who’s done business banking knows this is no big deal until it’s a Huge Deal. My ASM is always told there are no slips (!), so I have to go in and get them. I have to bring a list of dates and amounts, otherwise I end up making multiple trips. There does not seem to be a system at this branch for filing deposit slips until pick up. Today I was missing two slips and they had to reprint the copies, I guess because the original validations were just…missing? It’s unsettling. I don’t do my personal banking here, so I’m not sure how they are for personal accounts. But for business banking, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

  Drive thru is very slow. Still unable to figure out how to service vehicles in order. There is no reason anyone should wait for five people who arrived at the bank after them. This is ridiculous.
