      Unbelievably bad. The sales guy- Chris, talks a good game, but when it comes to the "underwriters" and "processors", there are always hassles and additional questions and stalling- questions about p.o. boxes from 20 years ago, debts that were paid off, money transfers from one joint account to another, none of which affected anything material. The evening before closing, two days before we were scheduled to go out of town, we get a 1 line email that there is no clearance to close the following day- and no reason why. One processor or underwriter takes a day off, and another steps in with more Bull**** questions. Keep in mind, We own other rental properties, have plenty of income, minimal debt, and stellar credit scores. Find another lender. Any other lender. Run, don't walk away.
