      I like this SunTrust, because every time I've went in they took me right away. Even if I come in 2 minutes before it's closing time.

      It is a Friday at 3:00 P.M and they close in an hour. Guess what? Inside is closed and there is only 1 drive thru line open. I have waited in line for almost an hour. Ridiculous!!!

      This is the WORSE branch ever… it’s after 9 a.m I go to the door and it’s a sign that say the lobby is closed. I see people in there so I called the branch and I asked is the branch open I was told no in a irritated voice but the drive thru is I said oh ok well when will the branch itself be opened that’s when I was told it’s permanently closed!!! First thing that came to my mind is WHY didn’t she say that at first.. this branch NEVER had good customer service!!
