      I am beyond disappointed in the experiences I’ve had over the past three years of having an account with BB&T. I have had to get a new card four times, and not to mention the $140 stolen from my account which I “can’t get refunded”. The whole point here is I keep all of my money cash because I am scared to even put more than $20 in my account due to the fraud that has happened and me not being refunded for it. I will be moving banks but for anyone who doesn’t want their money stolen, I don’t recommend.

      Worst Bank I have ever done business with. They constantly kept my account messed up and never done one thing they promised once I opened my account. Also there custom service is a joke . I think it to be very sad that it takes an entire lunch break just to make a deposit. .
