      Seriously I can't make this up. I am a new customer of one month got a temporary Visa card until my new one shows up in the mail. First one never showed up contacted the bank in Fort Myers Beach spoke with Debbie Mooneyham banks VP. Told her I had not received my first card nor have they changed my address that I had requested on both of my accounts. Instead they sent my replacement card of the first card I never got to my old address which will not forward. I was also told my temporary Visa card would not be shut off. Went to go Christmas shopping on Saturday before Christmas Eve card has been deactivated. This is before noon bank is closed customer service phone line is closed. Just an FYI for anybody thinking of banking with this financial institution they charge you for calling customer service after your second time in a month. Buyer beware stay away from this bank it's nothing but a nightmare. Thank you BB&T for ruining my Christmas! Your word is absolutely garbage. I will no longer be a bb&t client. Ill stick to my credit union where they do help their clients. An absolute Nightmare. Hope this helps with anyone thinking of changing to BB&T. Run far and fast.
