      I had an issue after Truist merged with BB&T where i could not access my account. After trying to resolve this for over a month and hours of talking in person to no avail, I spoke with banker Pinkal Kharva. She resolved this issue in an hour. Everyone was very polite and professional.

      ATM has been broken multiple times. Want to make a deposit? May the odds be forever in your favor! Want decent customer service from the branch because you can't use said ATM? Just go to another branch. Want to make a transaction during holidays? Should of done it well in advance, no matter what situation you're in. Long story short, most of the people at this branch just don't care and it's obvious that corporate doesn't care about this branch either. Just go elsewhere.
