      We opened up our business last year and the service at this branch has been exceptional. Mr. Phelps, in particular, goes above and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend them.

      A single teller at 12:33pm with four people in line. They closed all the other locations Kildare and Harrison Ave are both closed. No drive thru. This is the bank not caring about established clients and only catering to the new money out here in Morrisville. I will be closing my accounts and moving to a credit union. I've been with bbt and SunTrust before that for a solid twenty years.

      Really well run location. Clean interior, friendly workers (says hello when I enter, offered me a bottled water, and attentive), and quick service made my usually dreaded bank trips a breeze. Cole Phelps, the banker there, has the best customer service and will work his hardest to make sure the customer achieves what they need to. Can't stress enough how good this location is! The only one star review is because of BBT's architectural choice (which might not have even been in their hands) and is weird because there are so many BBT banks in the area that they could just go to another location.
