      Deposited a check a few nights ago in the drive threw the teller put a hold on check(not policy nor did she tell me all the details) and gave me a few hundred out my checking account(I’m thinking she cashed my check) not my check I just deposited then she went on to say my account was negative repeatedly which was false because I just deposited almost 4k over the last 3 weeks. Not only did they lie to me, they embarrassed me in front of my coworker and fiancé. I Called to see if there’s anything that could be done and I get the run around and basically they say it’s my fault. As an small business owner I can tell you they don’t value your relationship nor your business. I’m scared to deposit any more checks into the account. I plan to close accounts and go to a different bank. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BBT ON BELT BLVD. Ask for Jordain (guy with dreads)! He’s the best thing there and he needs to go somewhere better!
