      If I could give it zero stars I would. Couldn’t get the help I needed from two personal bankers, went in person to see Branch manager, waited a long time in lobby, was told the Branch manager is not available to see customers. What?! Was told “Covid” is the reason their customer service is terrible. It took 4 days of emails, phone calls and in person visits to finally get the things we needed. Will be closing our account ASAP.

      I believe the people that work at the BB&T are fabulous! However, they need to open another branch in town because the wait at this one is atrocious! 25-30 minutes to wait in line to deposit is too long.
