      The ATM barely ever works. I cant count how many times I've driven here and a cone is sitting in the ATM drive thru blocking the way. Edit: In the four weeks since I wrote this review, the ATM has been down at least 3 times this bank is an absolute joke.

      Never go to this bank.. The bank teller Jim is very rude and unprofessional... The line is always long and they sit there and just look at you like you stupid... I will never back with them ever again.. Take your money to another bank.. Jim is very unprofessional.. will be leaving this bank soon.

      I used their atm and it did not dispense my cash. But,it came out of my account. Now,instead of fixing the problem by watching the video or doing a count they want me to dispute the transaction which takes 30-40 days instead of being handled by the next business day. Way to go BBT!!
