      Under New mgmt- BiBi is changing this branch to have excellent customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else, very helpful and knowledgeable.

      We have been BBT customers for about 20 years. Today was our first in person banking transaction with Truist. Our “ banker” Amanda was rude, dismissive and unprofessional. She told us we didn’t need our mask because that was ridiculous. She never offered to help with a alternative to cashing out a CD. We were told to go somewhere else for a better rate. My idea is just move our money to another bank that values their customers. Truist phone customer service isn’t much better.

      Watch yourself at this branch.. I was there today with 2 checks to deposit, into 2 different accounts.. was at the drive through.. she only deposited 1of the checks, thankfully I checked my papers before I left.. the one she didn’t deposit was for a few thousand dollars... how can you not see 2 checks and 2 deposit slips.. 2years ago I was short changed $100.00 cash at this branch..
