      First time at this branch this morning. Went in to make a simple payment. Two tellers available, one male one female. I was abruptly told by the mail to go to the female who is sitting down, did not look up, did not say welcome to Truist, did not ask, can I help you? Never smiled, never acknowledged me being there, didnā€™t seem to know what she was doing. Asked for personal information that Iā€™ve never had to give before just to make a payment. When I questioned the results on the receipt she said thatā€™s the way it is! This person should be fired. Her people skills are horrible. She has an attitude that is disgusting for public domain. I will never go to this branch again.
