  Horrible!! This bank has grown too big and could care less about their customers. My debit card has been turned off 3 times now. I spent over an hour waiting for a rep 3 times in a row last week. The reps were very nice and tried to help. The final straw is being at a restaurant and my credit card was declined in front of my family and friends! I have been with them for 25 years and paid them 90k in interest on my home loan.Plus only god knows for what ever else. They have pushed me to open an account with CHASE BANK! Very happy so far! Excellent service! They have been great helping me set up my new accounts. The best part the banks are open with real live people in them!👊🏻😉!

  Right now, the branch on Military Trail has been “Temporarily Closed” for over well over six months. This has caused a great impact on the neighborhood which has a great deal of seniors living in the area. Phone calls to the bank offer no information on the future of this institution.
