      we have great experience at this location with Mr. Jessie Ontiveros. Great people, very responsible and he look up for customer satisfaction. The tellers are very welcoming and cheerful and Mr. Jessie was very knowledgeable and helpful. This is 1st time I have this kind of great experience.

      Very ugly service 1or 2 banker serve all customers and drive through customers too. Always waiting long time at least 30 minutes New branch manager woman is very rude and crazy service.

      If you need paper work or a notarization or anything other than deposit/withdraw at this bank, DO NOT make an appt through their website. Even though there is a space on the website to provide details of the service you need, they don't read it and you will arrive at the bank to find that there is no manager, or no one who can do a medallion notarization, or something equally inconvenient. They will expect you to just go home and call around to other branches until you find what you need. Do not expect service from this branch -- or any other, really.
