      Rosemary is wonderful. She has helped me with all of my banking needs. She helped us recently with notarizing a ton of closing docs and faxed them for us. Did it all with a smile. Very professional. She really goes above and beyond.

      Go to the 411 branch. The lady who "helped" the time i came here was rude and slow. Im still sitting in their drive through after 40 minutes to cash a check written to me from another member of suntrust. This woman was also incredibly rude to an employee who also had the pleasure of trying to cash a check with her. I refuse to ever bank here again as long as this woman is working here. I pay suntrust to handle payroll, And for this woman to treat my employee with such disrespect should not happen.
