      My card info was stolen and my account had been on hold for a week or two, I went into this branch bc the fraud hotline I was emailed had me on hold for the longest time. Gigi, who is always helpful and nice, told me not to worry and she would get ahold of the fraud risk for me and get a new card sent out, she also remembered my name too! I was there not even an hour ago and she just gave me a call saying I was all good and I should be expecting a new card in the next week or two. I appreciate her reaching out for me because I was getting fed up with being on hold. I recommend this bank and definitely this branch in particular! :)

      Friendly staff. Can be excessively slow. Especially the drive through. Not sure why in this day and age of computers and other things. So that is my reason for the 3. I don't want to wait 15 min. to cash 1 check, especially when I am the only person at the drive through.
