      Waited at window over 10 minutes for service. Three other customers left while I waited just to see how long it would take. Only one person waiting for drive thru. Very bad.

      Having trouble with online banking with no service. Called 800 number said wait time 25 minutes and I was on line for 45 minutes and just hung up. Hope your service gets better. Good customer service is an important service to me.
