      Went into the GF branch today. The one teller was busy doing something and clearly wanted to finish whatever she was doing before helping me. I stood there in front of her for 6-7 minutes as she fiddled with papers, and with no idea how long i would have to wait. Finally, I just left.

      I agree with past reviews. This is a horrible bank and I will not be banking at Truist any longer. I will be chaning my account to BoA.

      Even the ATM here will close soon. The biggest problem: Truist has the WORST customer service I have seen anywhere! Poor functionality at the website, LONG telephone hold times, and staff who cannot help customers navigate the merger nonsense. I am taking my accounts elsewhere.
