      Great. Their corporate services caught a fraudulent charge to my account that I did not approve. They contacted me regarding right away. I tried calling no answer sent an email and the company claimed they canceled the charges. Unfortunately, 10 days later the company charge the amount again going through so I blocked my card and working with my branch to clear it up. Fortunately and unfortunately having to get a new card and start over again with all my monthly posts. setup automatically. Thank you, BB & T now Truist. Willie

      The worst banking experience I’ve ever had.The customer service inside horrible!The online banking is a pain in the neck.The phone is never answered.Just terrible all around.
