      I felt like a criminal when I came to withdraw my money. It took 20 minutes to make a withdrawal. I gave my DL and debit card. I was then asked my full SS# and last two transactions. What is the purpose of my ID and card. Names matched and a picture. Will never come back to this bank. Thinking of canceling my account. Never had this problem with no other branches.

      This bank is getting very bad, big line in drive through, only one line open They close early at 4 pm So our business closes at 5 pm an the bank is already close. I tried to open a business saving account and they were unable to do it. Very bad branch customer service Been with this bank for 10 years and is getting worse everyday Today Friday bank close, drive thru line only one line and a lot cars Super slow 2 hours in line Look for another bank
